We journeyed to BC to meet Emily and Tyler from The Plot Market Garden, a small rural farm located in Saanich. Operating on 1/4 of an acre and focusing on high quality root vegetables, artisan greens, and summer vegetables, the pair make a point to balance their life on the farm.
