Shipping & Returns

Please note that tools can only be shipped within Canada and the USA. Apparel and accessories can be shipped within Canada, USA and Internationally.

Order Status

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12:00 pm EST are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.


Shipping

Canadian Orders:
For orders shipping within Canada, we offer free shipping for orders over $175 CAD and different shipping options for all orders under $175 CAD. 

Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday. Packages are shipped out within 2 business days following the order date. Should the delay be longer, we will reach out to let you know.

United States Orders:
For orders shipping to the US, we offer free shipping for orders over $175 CAD and different shipping options for orders under $175 CAD.

Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday. Packages are shipped out within 2 business days following the order date. Should the delay be longer, we will reach out to let you know.


International Orders:

Typical transit time is between 5-10 business days. Please note that items shipping internationally can occasionally experience custom delays of several weeks. International shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size and destination. International orders may also be subject to taxes or customs duties. Fees associated with purchases are the responsibility of the customer. Tools are not available for international markets.  

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may return or exchange unused products within 30-days of receiving their order. Only products in unused condition, with the tags still attached, will be accepted for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days.

Please note that items purchased during promotions at 40% off or more, warehouse sales or sample sales are considered final sale and are not exchangeable, refundable or included in our pricing policy.
