In 2015, Éloïse and Ludovic took the small village of Frelighsburg by surprise when they opened their very own cultural café called, Beat et Betterave. In their respective kingdoms, Éloïse harvesting in the garden and Ludovic brewing beer in the basement, the couple enjoys having this unique place where their activities and vision coexist. The Beat & Betterave is above all a place for the community, a space for spontaneous meetings or organized events. Farmers' Wednesdays were born, giving a weekly opportunity to farmers from the area to come and chat, eat and drink together.
