Where do we ship to?
- Tools can be shipped within Canada and the USA.
- Apparel and accessories can be shipped within Canada, the USA, and internationally.
Order Processing
Orders confirmed before 12:00 pm EST (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. We're a small team, and while we strive for same-day shipping, sometimes a little extra time is needed to ensure your order is packed with the utmost care.
Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays are processed within 1-2 business days of the following business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email; please allow up to 1 business day for tracking information to update.
Shipping Options & Times
Canadian Orders
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 CAD. For orders under $200 CAD, various shipping options are available. Typical transit time is 2-7 business days. Please note that while we aim for the faster end of this range, being a small team, processing times can sometimes extend this slightly. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), and packages are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. We'll notify you if there are longer delays.
United States Orders
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 USD. Shipping options are available for orders under $200 USD. Typical transit time is 2-7 business days. As a small team, processing may occasionally add a slight buffer to this timeframe. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there are any significant delays.
International Orders
Typical transit time is 5-10 business days, but customs delays can occasionally add several weeks. International shipping costs are calculated by weight, size, and destination. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties. Please note that tools are not available for international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Policy
You may return or exchange unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be in unused condition with tags attached.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective or there was an error with the order.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to the original payment method and should appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Free Shipping Adjustment
As a small company, we're committed to providing free shipping where possible. However, when an item is returned and the original order value drops below the free shipping threshold ($200 CAD or USD), the initial shipping cost becomes a significant expense for us. In these instances, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. This policy helps us maintain sustainable practices and continue offering quality products and support to our community of growers.
