Refund & Pricing Policy
Concerned about the quality of the products we offer and the satisfaction of our customers, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you have any questions, we invite you to contact our customer service department directly at email@example.com.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days. For returns and exchanges, please submit a request on your account page, and return your items to the following address:

Please note that items purchased during promotions at 40% off or more, warehouse sales or sample sales are considered final sales and are not exchangeable or refundable.
Confident and proud of the durability and quality of our products, we offer our customers a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty protects the original purchaser of the product against defects in materials and workmanship that are beyond its control. Please note that the limited warranty does not protect against damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance and neglect of the product, abuse, accident, or the natural deterioration of materials and colours over time. We will gladly replace or repair any product that does not meet the above specifications.
Regarding the guarantee for brands other than Growers & Co. offered on the Web site and in-store, we invite you to contact them directly to obtain more information on their various guarantees.
If an item you purchased in the last 14 days on Growers.co becomes discounted, we will refund the difference, under certain conditions**.
At the Growers & Co. store as well as on Growers.co, we do not commit to match the price of a discounted item offered by one of its retailers. If you find an item that you paid full price for at the Growers & Co. Store or on Growers.co on sale at one of our retailers, you can return the product to us, unworn, with the label, within 30-days following the purchase and we will refund the purchased value of your product.
If you have purchased an item from one of our retailers, either in-store or online, please consult their own price adjustment policy.
Our price adjustment policy is not valid during the following promotional periods: "Black Friday", "Black Friday Weekend", "Cyber Monday", and "Boxing Day". Names and discount periods are subject to change without notice.
The price adjustment policy only applies if the item is identical to the one on sale (model, year, colour, size, etc.)
The policy cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, special offer or coupon.
Final sale purchases of 40% or more are not refundable, exchangeable or included in this pricing policy.
In the event of a refund following a purchase made online within the last 30-days, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
